The Dutch Barn Wedding Reception
The Dutch Barn is available to hire for your Wedding Reception as part of our exclusive Wedding Package and complete wedding experience; alongside our romantic Granary Ceremony Venue and The Hen House luxury accommodation.
What's included
Formal seating for 85 gues and 140 in total
A maximum of 8, 6ft round guest tables, seating upto 10 guests. Refectory style tables and seating can be provided for an additional fee.
Rectangular top table seating upto 8 guests.
Alternative sweetheart table option seating 2 guests.
Medium oak, cross back chairs.
Use of our in-house sound system during your wedding breakfast.
Microphone provided for those all important speeches.
Standard wine glass, high ball and toast glass for your Welcome Drinks and Wedding Breakfast.

The Style
Everything about Oddhouse Farm is very much individual - exactly how we like it! It's against our grain to restrict you to using certain florists, entertainers, etc. or doing things in a specific style.
We want you to have the flexibility to allow your imagination and creativity to run wild! So your Big Day really can be as individual as you are!
We are a private family run business with a small experienced team, who are always on hand to offer support, make suggestions if you wish and share ideas of previous experiences or simply keep you sane at times!
We regularly work with some great, local artisans whose details we are happy to pass on, should you wish but ultimately ............................. the choices are yours!

The Food
We have selected a range of Associate Caterers who work alongside our small team and for you to choose from. Offering the highest quality service and produce and who have a similar business ethos to ourselves. We have a fully equipped kitchen ready and waiting for one of our great Associate Chefs to cook you up a wedding delight.
Choose from our selection of hand picked, expert Associate Caterers to work alongside and provide your bespoke Wedding Breakfast and Evening Food. Any of which will be more than happy to sit down and design a menu around your specific needs, occasion and budget. Or alternatively, have some fantastic tried and tested sample menus, for you to choose from and to give you an idea of ballpark costings.
As part of their quotation to you, their charges will include crockery, cutlery and napkin hire, their staffing to include front of house waitressing and chef charges.
The Drinks
The Dutch Barn has a fully staffed in-house, licensed Bar with a late night license until 12 midnight and last orders at 11.30pm.
Offering a wide range of beers, wines and spirits. We have taken considerable effort and time to choose a wide and varied selection of wines from near and far, enabling us to provide the flexibility of a tiered listing; and you the flexibility to choose the drinks of your choice for your Welcome, Wedding Breakfast and Toast Drinks. Ranging from our Bronze and Silver Tiers through to the extra special Gold selection.
We are confident we have something to suit everyone's taste and budget. As we only offer inhouse drinks we do not have the need to charge a corkage fee.
We have also bolstered our range to include a selection of premium cocktails and our range of spirits continues to grow.
Our Associate Suppliers
We have selected a range of Suppliers whom we have had the pleasure to work alongside at previous events, and who we feel offer the highest quality service and product, with a similar business ethos as us. We are always happy to make recommendations and help you select your suppliers so please feel free to take a look at some of those talented artisans, such as as cake creators, bands, DJs, etc. to help you in your search. Ultimately this is your Big Day and your choice, so you are more than welcome to source your own if you wish.
Flowers & Decor
There are plenty of areas within The Dutch Barn for you to get creative with your floral decorations, Christmas trees and quirky bits and bobs! From the large old fashioned Pulley Maids to the wrought iron ballustrading on the mezzanine floor.
Music & Entertainment
Appreciating that everyone's taste is different and themes and styles vary dependent on where you met, your random tastes and the special journey you've been on getting to this point. Bearing that in mind, we offer complete flexibility for you to choose the exact entertainment you want for your occasion. Whether that may be a band, DJ, barn dance, salsa or something else.
Candles & Styling
We appreciate the ambience which candles can create. throughout the venue, however, these have to be given serious safety consideration. With this in mind we only permit the use of battery operated candles throughout and during your event and do not permit naked flames on site. There are some great alternative options to naked flame candles, which our Associatie Stylists will be happy to help you with.
Parking & Transport
Here at Oddhouse Farm we want guests to relax and enjoy the occasion, we are also always keen to reduce our carbon footprint. We have ample car parking for your occasion but would always encourage you and your party to use organised group transport from the location of your ceremony to Oddhouse Farm, wherever possible. Due to our rural local, it is always important to prebook taxis and transport.
