The stunning Dutch Barn has a capacity of:

Our hire consists of our main event space - The Dutch Barn, surrounding grounds with landscaped gardens and ample secure, onsite carparking.

With our full in-house bar,  professional team of staff and handpicked Associate Caterers for you to choose from. 

Between us we can provide you with a fabulous venue, expert service and take the stress out of arranging your occasion, leaving you to enjoy the celebrations.

Our bespoke hire charges are split into a 4 hour and 8 hour package to cater for all events.  We appreciate everyones requirements are unique so we can tailor these packages and charges to work with your invididual needs. 

Our packages include our small experienced, professional team of bar and coordination staff. 

Our standard round tables and accompanying oak crossback chairs. 

Linen tablecloths, standard glassware and use of our inhouse kitchen facilities by one of our associate chefs and their team. 

We have selected a range of Associate Caterers who work alongside our small team and for you to choose from.  Offering the highest quality service and produce; and who have a similar business ethos to ourselves.  We have a fully equipped kitchen ready and waiting for one of our great Associate Chefs to cook you up a culinary delight. 

Choose from our selection of hand picked, expert Associate Caterers to work with and provide your tailored menu, whatever the event.  They will be more than happy to sit down and design a menu around your specific needs, occasion and budget.  Or alternatively,  have some fantastic tried and tested sample menus, for you to choose from and to give you an idea of ballpark costings.

As part of their quotation to you, their charges will include crockery, cutlery and napkin hire, their staffing to include front of house waiting and chef charges.

The Dutch Barn has a fully staffed in-house, licensed Bar with a late night license until 12 midnight and last orders  at 11.30pm.

Offering a wide range of beers, wines and spirits.  We have taken considerable effort and time to choose a wide and varied selection of wines from near and far, enabling us to provide the flexibility of a tiered listing; and you the flexibility to choose the drinks of your choice.  

We are confident we have something to suit everyone's taste and budget. As we only offer in-house drinks we do not have the need to charge a corkage fee. 

We have also bolstered our range to include a wide selection of bottled lagers, ales, ciders and we can even offer a small range of premium cocktails.  Our range of spirits continues to grow.

Here at Oddhouse Farm we also have The Hen House, our luxury accommodation available for you to hire as an additional part of your celebration, if you wish. Perfect for friends and family travelling or simply an excuse to make a weekend of it!

Sleeping 8 guests and consisting of 3 Super-king/twin ground-floor bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large first floor bedroom with super king bed and en-suite.

A large open plan kitchen diner and living space, cosy wood-burning stove and large comfy sofa.
